Call 406-388-BACK or request a time online. Bring your insurance card and a photo ID.

We talk about what's going on, do an exam and take low-dose x-rays if they're needed.

Treatment plan
We explain what we found and recommend adjustments, therapies or rehab. Many injuries resolve in a few short weeks.
Common questions
Do you take my insurance?
We accept and bill most insurance plans. Call us with your plan details and we'll confirm.
Can I come in early or on a Saturday?
Yes. Most weekdays start at 6:30 am, and Saturday hours are 9–11 am. After-hours and Sunday visits are available by appointment.
Do I need a referral?
Please call the clinic to ask about your situation and insurance requirements.
Do you handle work or personal injury cases?
Yes. We can provide impairment ratings and out-of-work documentation, and refer you to a medical specialist when necessary.
Do you do DOT physicals?
Yes. Dr. Clint is a Certified Medical Examiner.
